We keep this short and specific. Nothing but the necessary cookies is set until you say yes, and you can change your mind at any time.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small piece of text stored in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work at all — for example to keep your basket or to process a payment securely. Others are used to measure how the site is used. The second kind only runs if you agree.

A note on the donation form
Our donation form is provided by WhyDonate. Their script loads so that the form works at all, which is why it sits under “Necessary” rather than behind the consent choice — you cannot give without it. WhyDonate processes your name, email and payment details on our behalf as a data processor. What they store in your browser is governed by their own policy, and we are reviewing it; if any of it turns out not to be strictly necessary we will move it behind consent and say so here.
Withdrawing consent
Use the button above, or the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Withdrawing is exactly as easy as consenting — that is a legal requirement and we have built it that way. When you withdraw, we delete the cookies concerned and reload the page so the scripts stop running.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to how we use it. Some records — such as accounting records for donations and purchases — we are legally required to keep for seven years, so those cannot be deleted on request. Our privacy policy explains this in full.
